Delete our mobile app from your device immediately, leave this site immediately and do not return.
Use of Site
You use and navigate this site and our mobile app at your own risk. The Fading Theory LLC, its parent company, owners, employees, or staff are not liable for any harm caused to anyone, any computer, any mobile, or electronic device before, after, or during any use, or navigation.
Privacy
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal data such as your email address and your mobile, or other telephone numbers. We use them exclusively to communicate with you regarding your orders, appointments, or to notify you of company updates and happenings. We will never sell your personal information to other companies for any reason.
Drugs
We are committed to providing a barber shop experience for our staff and our clients that is drug free. Do not arrive under the negative influence of drugs, do not bring drugs to our facilities and do not smell of drugs when you arrive. That means alcohol, weed, etc. You will not be served, you will be asked to promptly leave, you will forfeit any appointment payments made and you will have to prepay and schedule a new appointment when you are able to arrive drug free, if you are permitted to return for services. Violating our company Covid19 policies, substance abuse policy, or any other company policy that prevents a service from taking place will result in any payment being forfeited and possibly banned from our company.
Appointments
At our will, we may offer another day or time if a conflict arises with any appointment that you have requested or scheduled. Please note that our appointment start times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, however we do everything we can to try and ensure appointments start on time or within minutes of a scheduled start time. It is our mission. Tonsorial services (Barbering) is an art, not a science, so appointment start times may not be to the minute. Full payment via a valid credit card/debit card in advance is REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS. Any payment that is made for any service appointment via any method will be forfeited should you no-show, (arrive 10 minutes, or more late,) or not cancel/reschedule at least 1 hour prior to any scheduled appointment. We “may” offer walk-in service “if” barbers are available, however appointments take priority over any walk-in service. Walk-in service is at our option and not required. Violation of The Fading Theory’s Covid19 policies, substance abuse policies, smoke policies, general company policies, Maryland law, federal law or any law, or policy that prevents a service from taking place will also result in any payment being forfeited and cancellation of the scheduled services.. We are a drug free and smoke free company.
Orders
All orders for products and/or services that are placed through our website, mobile app , or social media site are subject to our acceptance and at our sole discretion. Without limitation, we may refuse to accept or may cancel/re-schedule any order or service whether or not the order or service has been confirmed, for any or no reason, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your credit card/debit has already been charged for an order or service that we have subsequently cancelled, we will post a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless the cancellation is the result of a company policy violation. Your refund will be processed in full otherwise. Paid orders, if shipped, will ship within 24 hours of ordering Monday through Friday and within 48 hours on the weekend.
Any use including but not limited to, our images, our videos, our company name, our slogan, our mission statement, or the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this website or our mobile app is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by a majority owner of The Fading Theory LLC, or TFT Enterprises LLC and may subject the violator to criminal and, or civil action.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We do not ship, or mail orders. All orders are picked up in shop.
Reward Card Promotion
Is at our will and may be stopped, started, or discontinued at anytime. Smart phone required to participate in our reward card promotion. Reward card participation is per smart phone, per customer. Reward card redemption shall be at the time of service only. No attempt to recover a forgotten reward redemption other than at the time of service shall be permitted. Rewards may not be transferred to another person, or phone and have no cash value. Any decisions concerning discrepancies in the number of rewards, redemption of rewards, malfunctions of the reward card, or our mobile app shall be addressed by management. Any and all decisions by management are final. Attempting to tamper with, or manipulate the number of rewards, reward codes, or provide false reward card information shall void all rewards on that phone and with that client, as well as bar further participation. Lost, or broken phone rewards shall not be replaced, or recovered.
Travel discounts
Are at our will and may be stopped, started, or discontinued at anytime. Those clients that live in Baltimore county, Baltimore city, or Anne Arundel county may receive a 15% discount on hair services performed at our Aberdeen, Maryland location. Your profile must list your current home address. Your drivers license, or valid state ID must also have that current address. Discounts will be processed at the time the appointment is received, or as soon as possible.
Site errors
We reserve the right to correct any typos, or mistakes found at any time.
Lost & Found
We will as best as possible hold any lost & found items (items left in the shop) by customers for 30 days. All items that were being held for the previous 30 days will be disposed of as we see fit.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Nothing may be exchanged or returned.
*ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
